We have an in-house complaints procedure and if you are not happy with any aspect of the service you receive from the Practice, please contact the Practice Manager in the first instance. If you do not want to use the ‘in-house’ complaints system you can refer your complaint to NHS England (formerly the Commissioning Board) via email at england.contactus@nhs.uk or by telephoning 0300 311 2233.
