Crich Medical Practice will no longer enter into new private shared care agreements for the prescribing, monitoring, or ongoing management of ADHD medications initiated by private healthcare providers.
Existing private shared care agreements will continue until such time as there is a significant change in medication or treatment plan, at which point the agreement will not be renewed or extended. Patients will be advised to seek continuation of care through NHS services or their private clinician.
