Dear Patient,
We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.
To help us with this, we have set up a Patient Participation Group (PPG), which is open to all patients of the Crich practice (which includes the surgeries at Holloway and South Wingfield, of course). The group has occasional meetings at the surgery, usually about four per year, lasting no more than two hours. The business varies, but an annual survey of patients is an important part of what the PPG does and will do. Meetings are informal and welcoming. Presently the groups lack participation from young people; furthermore people of working age, and those with long-term conditions are under-represented.
‘The PPG has prepared the following presentation to explain its role – please click on the link below.
If you are interested In joining the Patient Participation Group please email ppgcrich@gmail.com
We will be in touch shortly after we receive your email. Please note that no medical information or questions will be responded to.
Many thanks for your assistance
