Complaints
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling they have a genuine cause for complaint. To pursue aa complaint please complete this form Complaints form patients and the Practice Manger will deal with your concerns appropriately.
We have an in-house complaints procedure and if you are not happy with any aspect of the service you receive from the Practice, please contact the Practice Manager in the first instance. If you do not want to use the ‘in-house’ complaints system you can refer your complaint to NHS England (formerly the Commissioning Board) via email at england.contactus@nhs.uk or by telephoning 0300 311 2233. You can also address your complaint to POhWER who are the current independant provider of complaints advocacy, they can be emailed pohwer@pohwer.net or by telephone on 0300 456 2370.
