Adult Continence Service
This service is open to adults registered with a GP in Derby City and Derbyshire County with clinics at various locations across the county. The service offers a home visiting service for those who are housebound or residing in residential care.
Childrens Continence Service
Small nurse-led community service working within Derby city and Derbyshire. We support children and young people 4-18 years (19 if your child attends a special school) with continence needs.
