Appointment attendance

During October 3350 appointments were made with a GP/Nurse/HCA

97% of patients attended the appointment they had booked!

Please cancel any appointments that you are unable to attend so that other patients can benefit from them 

You can cancel & book appointments online if you are registered for SystmOnline. Please ask at reception for more details.

PRACTICE TRAINING SESSIONS 2018/2019/2020

The practice will be closed on the following Wednesday afternoons after 1.30PM for staff training:

2018 -  14th November

2019 - 23rd January, 13th February, 13th March, 17th April, 15th May, 19th June, 17th July, 18th September, 16th October & 21st November

2020 - 15th January, 19th February & 18th March

GLUTEN FREE FOODS NO LONGER AVAILABLE ON PRESCRIPTION

Coeliac UK, the national charity for people with coeliac disease, provides excellent support and advice on following a gluten-free diet. They offer a wide range of materials and support to help you effectively and affordably manage a gluten-free diet, including a Food and Drink Directory which lists thousands of gluten-free products available in shops. New Service For Patients

You may be aware that all practices are now required to provide their patients with a named GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides for them. Each patient now has a named GP but this does not prevent you from seeing a GP of your choice.
