New Service For Patients

You may be aware that all practices are now required to provide their patients with a named GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides for them. Each patient now has a named GP but this does not prevent you from seeing a GP of your choice.

EPS 2 (Electronic Prescription Service)

The practice is now able enabled for the EPS2 service.  If you have already nominated a pharmacy your prescription will now be sent electronically to the pharmacy you have chosen.  If you haven't yet nominated a pharmacy please contact the pharmacy of your choice who will explain how this is done.  Please following the link below for a summary of the benefits of EPS.

Accessible Information Standard

We want to ensure that our patients who have a disability, impairment or sensory loss can read and understand the information we send them.

If you find it hard to read our letters due to your disability or if you need someone to support you at appointments, please let us know.

We can then add the information to your medical records so that other NHS organisations that you attend will also be aware.

Please tell the receptionist if you need information in a different format or communication support and we will arrange this for you.
